We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. You can cancel or change any items from an order up until the items enter the shipping process.
Custom dies are made specific to a customer’s request and cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is placed.
If the item you wish to remove from your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit our Help Center for more information about our Return and Exchange Policy.
