AccuCut machines and dies are tested for quality workmanship throughout the production process. To give you peace of mind that you are purchasing quality products, AccuCut provides the following warranties on various products.
AccuCut Machines: Limited Lifetime Warranty
AccuCut MARK IV, MARK III, GrandeMARK and Baby GrandeMARK Roller Die Cutting Machines are backed with a lifetime warranty, excluding rollers and trays. We promise the machines will be free from defects in material or workmanship when used as directed. If you experience a defect in manufacturing, AccuCut will repair or replace the machine at no charge. Improper usage or intentional abuse will void this warranty. MARK IV and MARK III rollers, all machine die trays and cutting plastic are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty. Replace trays and rollers annually depending on use.
AccuCut Steel-Rule Wood Dies: Three-Year Warranty
All steel-rule dies (excluding Clear Cuts see-through acrylic dies), are guaranteed for three years regardless of the brand of die cutting machine in which they are used.
AccuCut Clear Cuts See-Through Acrylic Dies: Two-Year Warranty
Clear Cuts dies are manufactured by AccuCut with a clear acrylic base, which helps users position material to be cut perfectly. Clear Cuts dies are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.
These warranties do not include wear and tear caused by commercial use of the machines or dies, nor damages caused by the user at any time. Improper use or storage, intentional abuse and misuse of any kind will void any or all warranties.
