Guidelines have been established to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process, including a fully
staffed team of experts who can walk you step by step through this process.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or packaging materials until
you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt as
long as the product is returned in new, unused and resalable condition
inside its original packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or
credit to the original method of payment. Your account will be credited your total purchase price, upon receipt of
the product, less any applicable restocking fees. Certain products cannot be returned due to the uniqueness and/or
specialization of a product. Restocking and additional fees will be charged for product returned outside of the
return/exchange policy and missing original packaging. Returned shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they
take to post credits.
All returns must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #) clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
Please call Customer Service for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Returns
will not be accepted without an RMA number. For your convenience, the Return Form includes a Return Label that you
may use when shipping the package back to AccuCut. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send
the package via UPS, DHL, FEDEX or insured parcel post. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make
sure that the returns label covers the old one. The RMA number must be written on the package.
